This year chorus photos are only available as a pre-order. If you are interested in purchasing a photo you must fill out the form and return it to Dave Garrett WITH PAYMENT by June 23, 2015. If you wait until we get on stage, you will not get a photo for this year. Dave Garrett will not accept a form without payment attached.
Please note that the form fill pdf (Pittsburgh Orer Form-Form Fill.pdf) works best if filled out using Adobe Reader. If you run into any issues, you can open the non-form fill version (Pittsburgh Order Form.pdf) to print and fill out.
